Overview
Please click on the red ”Get Help Now” button in upper right corner of home page for a listing of support services and resources for victims of domestic violence.
MAAV’s Resource Library contains over 300 books, manuals, educational curricula and videos which are available for loan or use on site. We also distribute numerous pamphlets, articles and handouts on domestic and teen dating violence, restraining orders, batterers intervention programs, sexual assault and bullying.
MAAV staff can provide additional resource information for counseling, support groups, legal assistance, healthcare, batterers’ intervention, parenting programs and services for children on an individual basis. Please contact MAAV if you need assistance.
As part of the Melrose CARES Youth Violence Prevention Project, we developed a resource guide for middle school youth and families, including listings of recreational, educational and support services for those critical middle years.
