MHS Students Discuss Red Flags in Relationships
Members of MAAV’s Student Action Board recently planned presentations for the Freshman Seminar classes at Melrose High School. Their topic is teen dating relationships, and red flags or warning signs that a relationship is becoming unhealthy. Our goal is to stop abuse before it starts.
Pictured here are SAB members Dan Freed and Jules McCue, displaying the red flags used in the presentations. SAB members discuss warning signs and then have the freshmen students write warning signs they’ve seen on these flags. Some examples: telling your partner what they can and can’t wear, or who to hang out with. We’re so proud of these students for the work they’re doing at MHS!
