Mother’s Day 2017 was cold, windy and rainy, but the 20th Annual Melrose Run for Women was a great success! Liz Tassinari from the Melrose Running Club recently presented MAAV with a check for $12,000, proceeds from this year’s race. Over the course of 20 years, the MRC has donated a tremendous $212,000 to MAAV. They are true partners in prevention and help us make a difference every day. A huge thanks to Liz and everyone in the club, and to everyone who braved the weather and came out to run! Thanks so much for 20 years of support for the Melrose Alliance Against Violence!!
