About the Event

On Sunday, October 25th at 2:00 PM, we invite you to stand with us and celebrate a spirit of connection at our 31st Annual  Walk to End Domestic Violence.

This long-standing tradition is a unique space where we gather to hold both grief and hope:

  • We hold space for grief as we honor the memory of those lost to domestic violence in Massachusetts this past year. Standing together, we affirm that no one is forgotten.

  • We hold space for hope as we step out for our 2-mile walk, transforming our reflection into collective action. Seeing 600 neighbors—families, sports teams, and local leaders—filling our sidewalks is a powerful testament to what happens when we choose connection over silence. There is profound meaning in realizing that when we walk side-by-side, we are weaving a safety net that protects everyone.

Help us Raise Critical Funds: As MAAV’s largest annual fundraiser, this event raises critical funds that sustain school-based prevention programs, community outreach, and services for survivors of domestic and intimate partner violence.  When you support our walk, you are investing in a future where every home is safe and every relationship is rooted in dignity and respect.
