MAAV Welcomes Elena Turco to the Board of Directors

MAAV’s Board of Directors is thrilled to welcome Elena Turco to the board.

Elena brings over 20 years of experience in relationship management, business development, and strategic planning. Currently serving as Business Development Manager and Assistant Vice President at Northern Bank, she holds a Graduate Certificate from Harvard Extension School, a degree in Economic Engineering, and is bilingual in English and Spanish.

As a Melrose resident and mother of three, Elena is deeply passionate about building a community where young people feel safe, respected, and supported. Elena reflects, "Joining the MAAV Board is both a privilege and a powerful reminder that meaningful change begins when we share our voices, talents, and compassion in service of others. I am deeply honored to be part of an organization that inspires hope, champions advocacy, and works tirelessly to prevent violence.
